摘要
研究并分析了Ni3 + 掺杂和Co2 + 掺杂对SnO2 压敏电阻致密度和电学非线性性能的影响。研究了掺Co3 + 对SnO2 Ni2 O3 Nb2 O5压敏材料性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,Co2 O3 在高温下可转变为CoO。Co2 + 的掺入不仅能够增大SnO2 Ni2 O3 Nb2 O5材料的质量密度 ,而且能提高非线性系数 ,在较大程度上提高了SnO2 MgO Nb2
The reason that the (Ni, Nb) doped SnO 2 varistors exhibits a poorer densification and electrical nonlinearity than the (Co, Nb) doped SnO 2 varistors was explained. The effect of Co 2O 3 on the electrical nonlinear properties of SnO 2 based ceramics were investigated. The introduction of Co 3+ can be transformed into Co 2+ at a high temperature (950℃). The ions of Co 2+ can enter into the lattice and substitute Sn 4+ , which increase the densities and the electrical nonlinearities of the samples.
