摘要
荧光粉表面包覆可以解决荧光粉由于电性和表面化学活性造成的荧光粉性能的下降 ,并可以提高荧光粉的发光性能。本文介绍了荧光粉表面包覆技术及表面包覆对荧光粉物理和发光性能的影响 。
The problem resulting from surface electricity and chemical activity of phosphor can be solved by coating phosphor surface with inorganic or inorganic material. Also, surface coating can promote the phosphor luminescence performance. In this paper, the surface coating technology of phosphor and the influence of coating on phosphor's physic and luminescence performance are introduced, and its future development trends are also forecasted.
