摘要
研究了在铝酸盐蓝色荧光粉BaMgAl10O17Eu中用Ca代替部分Ba的效果.结果表明,约4~12mol%的Ba用Ca取代后,抑制了500nm以上的长波绿色发射,色坐标Y值减小,而发射峰强度增高。
A part of Ba ions is replaced by Ca ions in the BaMgAl 10 O 17 ∶Eu blue phosphor and the effect of this replacement is studied. After 4~12mol% of the BaO is replaced by CaO the emission above 500nm reduced as well as the chromaticty coordinate Y and the intensity of emission peak raised, so the performance of phosphor is improved.
