摘要
介绍了一种改进型夹具式SHS离心机的工作原理、组成结构及主要特点 ,并讨论了目前用自蔓延高温合成 (SHS)技术制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管存在的一些问题。实践证明 ,提出的改进型夹具式SHS离心机可方便快速地制备外径 4 5~ 10 0 0mm、长度 10 0~ 5 0 0 0mm的陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,产品性能稳定且适于大规模工业化生产。
In this paper,working principle,composed structure and manufacturing characteristic of an improved jig type (selft propagating high temperature synthesis,SHS) centrifugal machine were introduced and several main issues concerning with fabricating ceramic lined composite piping by SHS technology were discussed as well.It is proved from practice that the jig type SHS centrifugal machine,which is suitable for large scale production,is easier and fast to fabricate ceramic lined composite piping with high quality in the ranges of diameter from 45mm to 1000mm and length from 100mm to 5000mm.
