摘要
研究了Na2 B4 O7添加剂对Fe2 O3+Al体系离心SHS陶瓷内衬钢管压剪强度的影响。结果表明 ,添加Na2 B4 O7后 ,Al2 O3和Fe两相之间的界面张力降低 ,导致Al2 O3和Fe两相在离心力作用下分离不彻底和润湿性改善 。
The effect of Na 2B 4O 7 additive on compression-shearing strength of ceramic-lined pipe produced by centrifugal-SHS process is studied. It is showed that the interfacial tension between Al 2O 3 and Fe drops with Na 2B 4O 7 as an additive. Accordingly, Al 2O 3 and Fe separate deficiently under the limited centrifugal force. Besides, the wettability between Al 2O 3 and Fe is improved. As a result, the compression-shearing strength is improved markedly.
