摘要
研究了一种低碳马氏体型非调质钢 0 .0 76C 0 .76Mn 0 .35Si 0 .6 4Cr 0 .12V 0 .0 3Ti 0 0 0 4 4B(质量分数 ,% )的显微组织和力学性能 ,其性能满足 4 0Cr调质钢汽车前轮壳的要求 ,并提出了进一步提高该钢性能的措施 ,同时强调了低碳马氏体型非调质钢应用于汽车工业的重要意义。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of a low carbon martensite steel 0.076C 0.76Mn 0 35Si 0.64Cr 0.12V 0.03Ti 0.0044B (mass%) under water quenching condition are investigated. The results show that the properties of the steel satisfy with the requirement of the front wheel hub made of the as quenched and tempered 40Cr steel. The further improvement of mechanical properties of this steel is suggested. Meanwhile, the improtance of the automobile industrial applications of low carbon martensite steels without quenching tempering treatment is emphasized.
