摘要
开发了一种汽车转向节用非调质钢38MnVS,对非调质钢转向节的各项性能进行了分析及应用。结果表明,非调质钢38MnVS转向节具有良好的强韧性,可满足转向节的技术要求;同时高性能非调质钢的应用,简化了生产工艺,大幅度降低了生产过程中的能源消耗,对汽车工业的发展具有重要意义。
A non quenched and tempered steel 38MnVS for steering knuckle was developed, and the performance and application of the steel was reached. The results show that the steel has good tenacity and strength, compared with the steering knuckle. The application of high capability non quenched and tempered steel can not only simplify the working process but also reduce the energy consumption in the manufacturing process, which is important to the automotive industry.
