摘要
主要介绍了MEMS的研究和应用现状 ,分别从市场和技术的角度分析了MEMS的发展趋势。还根据国内研究现状 。
Research and application status of MEMS are introduced, the development trend is analyzed from the angle of market and technology respectively. Based on the present situation in our country, some ideas about developing MEMS in China are put forward.
