摘要
Cr4+:YAG是新型Q开关材料和近红外(NIR)可调谐激光晶体,作为新型Nd激光可他和吸收体具有许多传统材料所没有的优点.本文概述了 Cr4+:YAG的可饱和吸收特性,并介绍了 Cr4+:YAG晶体生长的主要问题.
Cr4+:YAG is new Q-switching and tunable laser crystal. As a new saturation absorption crystal, it has more good characteristics than conventional materials. In this paper, the characteristics of saturation absorption of this crystal were described. Also, the principal problems on it's growth were introduced.
