摘要
本文着重从以下三个方面系统论述Cr4+离子在Y3Al5O12晶格中的稳定性:二价补偿离子的选择;生长气氛的影响;以及Cr4+离子的退火效应和形成动力学。分析结果表明,Ca2+离子是最佳补偿离子,氧化气氛的退火温度应高于1000K;而Cr4+离子在Y3Al5O12晶格中的稳定性与生长气氛无关。
The stability of Cr 4+ ions in Y 3Al 5O 12 crystal has been discussed from three parts:the selection of the codopant ions(Mg or Ca),the effects of grown atmosphere and annealing conditions.These results indicate that Cr 4+ centers are formed by the charge compensation.The four fold coordinated Cr 4+ centers are formed due to intracrystalline reactions by annealing in air,taking place at the temperatures more than about 1000K.The oxidizing power of the growth atmosphere has little effect on the Cr 4+ concentration.
