摘要
目的 用家兔自体血凝块建立稳定、持久、客观的肺栓塞模型。方法 通过股静脉穿刺插管术 ,注入不同温度 (37、45、6 5、70℃ )水浴的自体血凝块 ,建立急性肺栓塞模型 ,定期 (栓塞后 1、5、10、14d)解剖肺动脉 ,观察其有否栓塞以及光镜下血管改变 ,探讨制备成功、稳定、持久的肺栓塞模型方法。结果 70℃水浴 10min的自体血凝块制备肺栓塞模型 ,1~ 14d均未见血块完全溶解 ,模型客观、持久、稳定。
Objective:\ To set up long-lasting and objective animal models of pulmonary embolism with autologous blood clots in rabbits. Methods:\ Pulmonary embolism models with autologous blood clots stabilized in a different temperature-controlled (37\,45\,65\,70℃) of water through femoral vein at a dosage of 0.04g/kg were astablished and thrompoembolism of pulmonary arteries were observed upon optical microscope at regular intervals. Reseults:\ None of blood clots was completely dissolved within 14d in 70℃ group. From day 1 to day 14 emboli could be seen in the lumen of pulmonary anteries. Conclusions:\ A stable animal model of pulmonary embolism was successfully established with autologous blood clots in 70℃ water for 10min.
