摘要
进行微生物浸出大洋多金属结核中有价金属的研究 ,实验结果表明在常温、酸性、厌氧条件下 ,按一定比例添加微生物培养基和供电子体 ,采用从酸性矿水中分离的JB菌 ,结核无需干燥、磨细 ,浸出时间为 5d ,Cu、Co、Ni、Mi、Ti、Mo等金属可高效浸出。采用此方法对陆地氧化锰矿进行了实验 ,浸出时间为 9d。在此实验基础上 ,建立了一种微生物催化 ,在厌氧条件下 ,还原浸出氧化锰矿物中有价金属的方法。运用此方法可对氧化锰矿物进行综合利用。
This paper studies bio leaching the valuable metals from Multimetallic Nodules. The experiment indicates that under general temperature, acid and anaerobic condition, adding rational nutrient and electron supplier, using J13 bacteria from mining water, the nodules are not dried and ground, the leaching time is 5 days. The metals like Cu, Co, Ni, Mn, Ti, Mo can be leached effectively. The same experiment was carried out on land magnetic ores, the leaching time is 9 days. Thus, a new method is set up that under the catalysis of bacteria and anaerobic condibion, manganese oxide minerals are veduced to leach valuable metals, and it supplies the basis to the comprehensive utilizing manganese oxide mineral.
