摘要
结合钢铁工业在降耗、节能、环保等方面的要求 ,分析了世界废钢和中国废钢的资源分布情况 ,对未来 10～ 15年废钢资源形成及需求进行了预测。建立了废钢的产业地位 :废钢是钢铁工业可持续发展的重要资源 ,特别是电炉炼钢重要的。
