摘要
62只 28日龄断奶布列塔尼亚兔按窝配对法分为三组， 1组为对照组， 2、 3组为试验组，日粮中分别添加 0 75％和 0 1％饲用复合酶制剂。测定各组日增重、日耗料、屠宰率、饲料成分消化率、消化道及胰腺发育情况等指标。结果表明： 2组日增重略低于 1组 (P>0 05)， 3组日增重比 1组提高 9 74％ (P<0 05)， 2、 3组屠宰率比 1组有提高，胃重 /体重、小肠重 /体重、盲肠重 /体重比 1组有下降 (P>0 05)； 2、 3组胰腺重 /体重比 1组分别降低了 12 90％ (P<0 01)和 9 68％ (P<0 05)； 2、 3组饲料消化率分别比 1组提高 9 81％和 1 80％。
weaned Brittany rabbits were divided into 3 groups.Group 1 was control group,0 75％ and 0 1％ enzyme were added in diet for group 2 and group 3 respectively.Daily weight gain， daily feed intake， shaughter performance， digestibility of feed nutrients,digest tract and pancreas development were tested.Results indicated that daily weight gain of group 2 was lower than group 1(P>0 05)， Group 3 was 9 74％ higher than group 1(P<0 05)， slaughter performance of both group 2 and group 3 had a increasing trend， small intestine WT/body WT， stomach WT/body WT， cecum WT/body WT of group 2 and group 3 all had a decreasing trend(P>0 05)pancreas WT/body WT of group 2 and group 3 were 12 90％ (P<0 01)and 9 68％ (P<0 05)lower than group 1 respctively,feed digestibility of group 2 and group 3 were 9 81％ and 1 80％ higher than group 1 respectively.
