摘要
阐述了二进小波变换法的去噪声原理和方法 ,并将其应用于 X射线能谱分析中噪声的去除。实验结果表明 ,该去噪方法能够解决传统平滑方法的不足 ,改善 X射线能谱的定性。
In this paper, basic theories of dyadic wavelet transform are elaborated. Priciples and techniques of reduction of noise using wavelet transform are discussed, and applied to denoise for energy dispersive x ray spectra. Experimental results show that the method of wavelet transform is better than the traditional ones.
