摘要
面向供应链的质量管理将质量保证的范围从单个企业拓展到多个企业 ,并强调企业间的协同质量保证和企业质量保证体系的相容。将供应链质量保证体系建立在多个企业质量保证体系的基础上 ,并通过质量功能、质量过程和质量信息的集成 ,构建一个完整有效的供应链质量保证体系 ,并确保在供应链生命周期内具有持续而稳定的质量保证能力。本文分析了供应链质量管理活动的特点 ,提出了供应链质量管理的概念 ,讨论了产品全生命周期内质量保证与供应链孕育、构建和运行三个阶段的相关关系 ,提出了基于质量环的供应链生命周期模型 。
Quality management in supply chain is expanded from indi vidual enterprise to all of enterprises, so it emphasizes the collaboration and compatibility of quality systems between member enterprises. The concept of supp ly chain quality management(SCQM) is presented based on the analysis of characte ristics of quality management activities in supply chain. A supply chain lifecyc le model based on the Quality Circle is developed according to three stages (ges tation, construction and operation) in the lifecycleof supply chain. And the imp lementation strategies of supply chain quality assurance are studied. An integra l and efficient model of quality system is constructed by integrating quality fu nction, process and information throughout the supply chain, to ensure persisten t and steady quality assurance ability in supply chain lifecycle.
