摘要
为观察甲状腺激素对垂体细胞促性腺激素分泌的影响 ,用不同浓度 ( 0、 0 0 0 1、0 0 1、0 1、1和10 μg/ml)三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3 )刺激培养的大鼠垂体细胞 ,观察大鼠促黄体生成素 (rLH )和卵泡刺激素 (rFSH )分泌的变化 ;同时评估不同甲状腺功能状态大鼠垂体细胞体外分泌功能的改变。结果发现 ,高浓度T3 ( 1和 10 μg/ml)明显抑制垂体细胞rLH的分泌 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而对rFSH无影响 ;高甲状腺激素血症和低甲状腺激素血症模型大鼠垂体细胞rLH分泌均受抑制 ,rFSH无显著变化。提示甲状腺激素对于大鼠rLH合成及分泌是必需的 ,甲低时rLH分泌减少 ,而甲状腺激素过高则抑制rLH分泌。
In order to investigate the effects of thyroid hormone on gonadotropin secretion in rat pituitary cells,the cultured rat pituitary cells were exposed to a series of concentrations of T 3 (0, 0 001, 0 01, 0 1, 1 and 10μg/ml). rLH and rFSH were determined after exposure to of T 3 The secretion ability of pituitary cells of rats with different thyroid function was evaluated in vitro. The results showed that high concentrations of T 3 (1 and 10μg/ml) inhibited the secretion of rLH ( P <0 05),but exerted no effect on rFSH.The rLH secretion ability of pituitary cells of rats with either hyper-or hypo-thyroidism was impaired. There was no significant change in rFSH secretion between groups.It suggested that thyroid hormone was necessary for synthesis and secretion of rLH.rLH secretion of the pituitary was inhibited in hyper-thyroidism and hypo-thyroidisim in rat.
