摘要
目的 为在除皱术中尽可能减少斑状脱发、头发稀疏和头皮痂下愈合等并发症的发生 ,探讨一种新的除皱术式。方法 颞部采用多层次除皱 ,在保留颞浅知名血管对头皮的血供的同时 ,对头皮和皮肤区域采用不同的手术操作层次。结果 全部受术者均获得满意疗效。术区无斑状脱发、头发稀疏和痂下愈合等并发症发生。结论 多层次颞部除皱术最大限度地保留头皮的血供 ,能明显地减少除皱术中斑状脱发、头皮痂下愈合的发生率 。
Objective To introduce a new facial lifting method to eliminate the complications such as alopecia areata, sparsity of hair and sub crust healing of the scalp in rhytidectomy. Methods The multi layer rhytidectomy was created. It not only reserved the superficial temporal vessel which was regarded as the dominated blood vessels to maintain physically normal blood supply of the scalp, but also produced the different performing layer in different region in order to obtain satisfactory result. Rhytidectomy at the temporal region was performed under the superfacial temporal fascia, and subdermal fissue.Results All patients were satisfied. No alopecia areata and sub crust healing of the scalp were presented. Conclusions The multi layer temporal rhytidectomy can utmostly maintain the physically normal blood supply of the scalp and obviously eliminate the tendency of alopecia acreata and sub crust healing of the scalp to get better aesthetic results.
