研究孔雀石绿对长刺 96小时的急性毒性反应以及温度对长刺存活的影响 ,结果表明 ,孔雀石绿对长刺的安全浓度为 0 0 30 3× 10 -6;长刺的存活温度为 1～ 44℃ ,最适温度是 18～ 2
The toxicity of malachite green and the effect of temperature to Daphnia longispina have been studied. The security concentration of malachite green to D. longispina is 0.0303×10 -6 . The live temperature is 1～44℃, while the suitable temperature is 18～25℃.
