摘要
本文采用RP—HPLC法测定了不同产地白芥子药材中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量 ,方法为 :色谱柱 :Allti maPhenyl,5 μ ,2 5 0× 4.6mm ;流动相 :乙腈— 0 0 8mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 (15 :85 ) ,检测波长 :32 6nm ;流速 :1mL/min。柱温 :室温。实验表明 ,该法快速、简便 ,具有很好的重现性和稳定性。
We determained the sinapine thiocyanate in Seman Sinapis Albae (Bai Jiezi) from different places by RP-HPLC. The column employed was Alltima Phenyl Column (250×4.6mm,5um).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.08Mol/LKH 2PO 4(15∶85). The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and detection was effected at 326nm. The results show the method is accurate, rapid and reproducible.
