摘要
对胡颓子的主要营养成分进行了分析 ,并研究了将胡颓子加工成营养保健饮料的加工工艺与配方。
Main nutritive composition in Elaeagnus pungens Thunb was analysed. The juice drink was studied with Elaeagnus pungens Thunb, sugar and organic acid and of using beverage's producing technology. It is a health drink of high quality containing amino aeids, vitamins and minerals.
