摘要
女权主义运动对西方的社会发展起到了一定的推动作用 ,其影响也渗入到了社会的方方面面。女权主义者对语言的影响是有目共睹的。然而 ,其对翻译事业的影响却是鲜为人知的。加拿大女权主义翻译者苏姗妮在她的《双语人》一书中详尽地叙述了她的翻译观点 :翻译就是以女权主义的方式再改写 ,而再改写的最本质的原则就是要“重新性化语言”。
The feminist movement in the West has contributed a lot to the social development and its influence could be felt nearly in every aspect of the society. The influence of feminism on languages is obvious, but its influence on translation is little-known.In her famous book The Body Bilingual, Sussanne, a famous Canadian feminist translator, has elaborated her point of view in translation: translation as rewriting in the feminine and her essential principle is to 'resex language'.
