摘要
研究了Mn (Ⅱ )催化KIO4 氧化二苯胺磺酸钠的显色反应。在HAc -NaAc介质中 ,以吐温 -80作表面活性剂 ,测定波长为 5 1 0nm ,锰浓度在 0~ 0 6 μg/ 2 5mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系。该法用于中成药增长乐中锰含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ)has been developed.The method is based on oxidation of sodium diphenylamine sulfonate by potassium periodate at the presence of Tween-80 as sensitizer.The linear range of determination is 0~0.6 μg/25mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ)in traditional Chinese medicine.
