摘要
为了解昆明地区孕妇血清铅和初乳铅的含量 ,同时尝试寻找降低人体铅含量的途径 ,对2 0 0 0年 2月至 2 0 0 1年 2月期间在昆明医学院第一附属医院产科住院分娩的 2 80例正常产妇进行血清和初乳铅含量的测定和分析。结果显示 ,血清铅含量 1 0 2 37± 3 4 1 1 μg/dL ,与初乳铅含量1 1 4 30± 3 1 74 μg/dL比较呈高度显著性正相关 (r =0 784 3,P <0 0 0 1 )。揭示乳汁铅含量水平受血清铅含量的影响 ,铅可通过血液进入乳汁 。
To explore the content of serum Pb and colostrum Pb of pregenant woman in Kunming and seek out some ways for decreasing the content of Pb in human body,the content of serum Pb and colostrum Pb in 280 normal puerperant was determined. The results showed that there were positive relations between the content of serum Pb and that of colostrum Pb.It revealed that latex Pb level could be effected by the content of serum Pb,newborn would get Pb by lactation.
