摘要
目的:了解微量元素与儿童营养不良的关系。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定发中微量元素含量。结果:营养不良儿童头发中锌、铁、铜、钙、锰含量水平均低于正常儿童(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论:营养不良儿童与锌、铁、铜、钙、锰等元素缺乏有密切关系。
Objective: To understand relationship between trace elements and malnutrition. Method: Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of trace elements in hair. Results: The hair levels of Zn, Fe,Cu, Ca and Mn in children with malnutrition were much lower than those in normal children (P 〈 0.01 or 〈0 . 05) . Conclusion: Malnutrition of children could be related to the deficiency of trace elements.
