摘要
该文运用可持续发展原理和世界银行提出的“真实储蓄”指标 ,论述张家口地区发展态势。认为该地区的大多数县域由于资源与生态退化 ,处于非持续发展状态中 ,陷入了资源生态退化与经济贫困互为因果的恶性循环。针对该地区可持续发展存在的问题 ,提出了区域整治对策。
Applying the principles of sustainable development,the index of the‘Genuine Saving'put forward by the Bank of the World.the paper evaluates the condition of sustainable development of Zhangjiakou Area of Hebei Province in China. The conclusion is that the condition of the area is mostly unsustainable, degradation of the natural resources and environment is its key problem, and the area is at the condition of interaction of degradation of the natural resources and environment with economic poverty. The paper suggests some governing countermeasures, which includes system innovation, technical innovation, and alliance with Beijing in sustainable development.
