摘要
目的;观察各种原因所致聋哑儿童的脑干听觉诱发发位的检测结果并分析其特异性。方法:采用上海海研所的NDI—200型神经电诊断仪检测78例聋哑儿童。结果:异常率100％。主要表现(1)双耳均未引出各电位波36例,占46.0％;(2)单耳或双耳Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长24例,占37.6％。结论:聋哑儿童脑干听觉诱发电位结果异常率高,并有其特异性。
Objective: To observe the resulf of brainstem auditory evoked potentials on deaf-mute children due to all kinds of reason and analyse the particularity. Methods; 78 cases of deaf-mute children were detected by NDI-200 nerve potential diagnotic equipment made in shanghai. Results: Abnormal rate was 100%. Two ears weren't evoked every potentials weve (46. 0%) in 36 cases. The latencies of Ⅰ , Ⅲ , Ⅴ waves of one ear or two ears were prlonged (37. 6%)in 24 cases. Conclusions: Abnormal rate of brainstem auditory evoked potential of deaf-mute children was high and had it's particularity.
