摘要
目的:探讨高危新生儿的听力和脑干功能的损害程度。方法:采用日本产的MEB—7102型诱发电位仪检测225例高危新生儿。结果:异常率为52.5%。主要表现在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期及Ⅲ—Ⅴ峰间期的延长及反应阈的提高。结论:高危新生儿可有听力和中脑下部的损害,听性脑干反应有早期了解听通道功能活动的价值。
Objective: To explore the degree of damage of auditognosis and middle brain on neonate with high-risk conditions. Methods: 225 cases of neonate with were high-risk condition detected by MEB-7102 evoked potential equipment made in Japan. Results: Abnormal rate was 52. 5%. The latencies of waves I , Ⅲ and V , and the interval latency between waves Ⅲ and V were prolonged. Reactive threshold was higher than that of the normal controls. Conclusions: Neonates with high-risk can hare the damages of audition and the lwer part of middle brain. Auditory brainstem response was valuable in early diagnosis on auditory damage.
