摘要
目的 制定愈伤灵胶囊质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法和显微鉴别对愈伤灵胶囊进行定性研究 ;并用薄层扫描法测定制剂人参中主要有效成分———人参皂苷Rgl的含量。结果 人参皂苷Rgl的含量为 1 5 3mg/粒～ 1 81mg/粒 ,RSD为 1 2 1%～1 33 % ;加样提取回收率 97 42 % ,RSD为 1 42 % ;精密度RSD分别为 2 2 6 % (同板 )、2 13% (异板 ) ;回归方程 :Y =30 70 6 5 4C - 482 2 0 7,r=0 9990 ,线性范围 :5 46× 10 -4 ～ 2 73× 10 -3 g·L-1。结论 该方法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,可靠 ,可作为愈伤灵胶囊的质量控制方法。
AIM To bulid up quality stadards for Yushangling Capsules. METHODS TLC and microscopy have been used in the qualitative study of Yushangling Capsules, and TLCS method was used to determine the Ginsenoside R gl content of Ginseng. RESULTS The average recovery was 97 42% with RSD was 1 42%, and the accuracy was good with r= 0 9990, and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 5 46×10 -4 ～2 73×10 -2 g·L -1 . CONCLUSION The method is simple, repeat and good accurate result. It can be used as an qualiyty content method of Yushangling Capsules.
