摘要
采用酒石酸铁比色法和三氯化铝比色法测定了不同时期、不同品种桑叶中多酚和黄酮类物质的含量 ,并依这两个指标对桑叶品质进行了研究。结果表明 :同期的新一之濑中含有较多的多酚和黄酮类物质 ;
The content of polyphenal and anthoxanthin m aterials were tested by means of tartaric acid and Alcl3 colorimetry.The result showed that thecontain of polyphenal and anthoxanthin were higher in tender m ulbery leaves,and higher in xinyizhilai mulbery leaves than others that be tested.
