摘要
三价铁螯合还原酶是植物吸收铁过程中非常重要的酶。在田间表现耐缺铁的香橙在缺铁胁迫下 ,三价铁螯合还原酶活性在胁迫 4周时即达到最强 ,增加约 2 0倍 ;而在田间表现极易缺铁的枳在铁胁迫 4周时 ,三价铁螯合还原酶活性仅增加约 3倍。香橙根系在铁胁迫前后分泌质子的能力均显著强于枳。表明三价铁螯合还原酶对香橙忍耐缺铁起着非常重要的作用 ,并且香橙具有很强的调节微根际环境pH的能力。
It has been hypothesized that under iron stress high ferric chelate reductase (FCR) activity of iron efficient plants in the absorptive root will be induced and thus result in subsequent Fe 2+ transport across the plasmalemma. The activity of FCR was detectable in excised roots and was stimulated about 20-fold in C.junos and only about 3-fold in P.trifoliate under iron deficiency on the 4 th week. The capacity of root H + secreting in C.junos is more stronger than P.trifoliate under iron stress or no stress. The results showed that FCR play a important role on tolerance to iron stress in C.junos , and C.juno can adjust soil microenviroment pH of roots.
