摘要
癫痫发作后 ,脑内BDNF的表达升高 ,其在时间和地域分布上有一定规律 ,这与其维持神经元存活和再生的功能紧密相关 ;BDNF对癫痫动物模型的痫性发作有阻止作用 ;痫性发作后 。
