摘要
①目的 探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )病人血中巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M CSF)和绒毛膜促性腺激素 β( β HCG)含量的变化及与妊高征发病的关系。②方法 选择 2 0例妊高征病人作为实验组 ,2 0例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组 ,用酶联免疫的方法分别对其外周血M CSF和 β HCG的含量进行测定。 ③结果 妊高征病人外周血M CSF和 β HCG含量均高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性 (t=3 .60 2 ,2 .983 ,P <0 .0 1)。 ④结论 妊高征病人外周血M CSF和 β
Objective\ To investigate the concentration s of M CSF and β HCG in peripheral blood of patients with pregnancy induced h ypertension(PIH) and the relationship between the concentrations of M CSF and β HCG and PIH. \ Methods\ To assay the concentrations of M CSF and β HCG in peri pheral blood of 20 PIH women and 20 normotensive pregnancy and analyze the resul ts . \ Results The concentrations of M CSF and β HCG in peripheral bl ood was significantly higher in PIH than that of the control group ( t=3.6 02, 2.983 , P <0.01). \ Conclusion\ The concentration of M CSF and β HCG in the pe ripheral blood of patients with PIH increased markedly, it is likely to have definite relationship with genesis for pregnancy induced hypertension.
