摘要
用酶联免疫双抗体夹心 (ELISA)法对 2 4例晚期妊娠孕妇血浆及其中 8例脐血浆、9例羊水中的巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M- CSF)浓度进行测定。结果显示 ,母血中 M- CSF浓度显著高于脐血浆 (P<0 .0 5) ,两者之间无相关性 ;羊水中 M- CSF浓度显著高于母血 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;羊水及母血中 M- CSF浓度均与新生儿出生体重呈正相关 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;脐血中 M- CSF浓度与新生儿出生体重无相关性 (P>0 .0 5)。提示母、儿 M- CSF分泌系统相对独立 ,M- CSF是调节胎儿生长发育的重要生长因子。
The macrophage colony stimulating factor(M CSF)of plasma,neonate cord blood and amniotic fluid from pregnant women were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The result showed that the concentration of M CSF in maternal plasma was significantly higher than that in cord blood plasma,but there was not correlation between them(P>0 05) The concentration of M CSF in amniotic fluid was markedly higher than that in maternal plasma(P<0 001) There were direct correlations between the levels of M CSF in maternal plasma and amniotic fluid and the neonatal weight(P<0 01) There was not direct correlation between the concentrations of M CSF in cord plasma and the neonatal weight(P>0 05) This suggests that the level of expression and regulation of M CSF in maternal and fetal compartments are independent of each other The M CSF plays precise role in deviant fetal growth
