摘要
目的探讨与上皮性卵巢癌复发有关因素。 方法对 182例上皮性卵巢癌进行回顾分析 ,探讨复发的原因 ,术后标本均由本院病理检查证实。 结果 182例中 ,35例未获缓解 ,147例获完全缓解后有 45例复发 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期 7例 (15 .5 6 % ) ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期 38例 (84.44 % ) ;中低分化者占 73.33% ;浆液性卵巢癌占多数 ;在残留灶 >2cm 5 0例中 ,2 0例未获缓解 ,30例获完全缓解中 2 4例复发 ,34例残留灶≤ 2cm或肉眼无残留者均获完全缓解 ,其中 14例复发。 结论上皮性卵巢癌的复发与期别、肿瘤细胞分化程序。
Objective To analyse the factors influencing on the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Retrospective study was undertaken in 182 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Results 147 of 182 cases had complete remission, 45 cases recurred, including stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ 7 cases (15.56%) and stage Ⅲ、Ⅳ 38 cases (84.44%) according to the FIGO criteria. Among them majority were serious papillary adenocarcinomas with 73.33% middle or low differentiation. Of 50 cases with residuals >2cm, 30 cases had complete remission temporarily but later recurrence was found in 24 cases. Of 34 cases with residuals ≤2cm (including no-residual) 14 recurred. Conclusion Stage and postoperative residual volume are factors that influence the recurrence of epithelial ovarian cancer.
