摘要
20 0 0年初季 ,在河南驻马店市用 6个黄淮夏大豆后代材料进行日光温室加代繁殖试验。结果表明 ,1月中旬和 2月上旬播种 ,成熟期基本相同 ,均能在 5月下旬至 6月上旬正常成熟。与正常夏播比较 ,日光温室冬繁加代生育期显著延长 ,营养体变小 ,产量降低。虽然冬繁种子的发芽率低于正常夏播的 ,但仍能满足育种要求。本文还分析了冬季加代时气候因子对植株等的影响 。
Six soybean breeding lines were used to study the techniques and methods of accelerating breeding program depending on sunlight greenhouse in Zhumadian, Henan, in 2000. According the results, soybeans either planted on January 1 or in early February could be harvested before normal summer planting time of soybean in Yellow-Huai river soybean region. Although planted at different dates, soybeans planted on January 1 or in early February matured almost at the same time between the end of May and beginning of June because the later planted soybean grew under higher temperature condition by means of covering something on the greenhouse in the evening. All these results demonstrate the possibility of accelerating soybean breeding program by using sunlight greenhouse in the Yellow-Huai river soybean region.
