大豆抗冷性研究——Ⅱ、萌发期低温处理对生长发育的影响 被引量:10

摘要 1987—1988年,我国东北三省1910份春大豆资源在人工气候箱中6℃下进行萌发期低温处理。结果表明:在6℃低温时下胚轴伸长受到抑制。伸长长度与抗冷性是显著正相关,而与百粒重呈显著负相关。下胚轴鲜重和干重与抗冷性的正相关也显著,但与百粒重相关性很小。在6℃发芽的种子在田间能正常出苗,相对发芽率与田间出苗率呈显著正相关。活力指数与相对发芽率呈极显著的正相关。用活力指数作抗冷指标较为准确和有效。 Responses of soybean hypocotyl length,fresh weight and dry weight,seed-ling emergence,and pod formation to the low temperature treatment at 6℃ in controlled phytotrons during germination were observed and studied as well as their correlations with cold tolerance phase,and screening cold tolerance during germination in 1987 and 1988 with 1910 cultivars from the Northeast of China.Hypocotyl elongation was severely inhibited at 6℃ and its length was strongly positivs correlation with cold tolerance(<1% level)but negative correlation with 100-seed weight(<5% level)Hypocotyl fresh weight and dry weight were significantly positive correlation with cold to-lerance(<5% level),but a little correlations with the weight of 100 seeds.The cultivars germinated at 6℃ in phytotrons could normally emerged in field.The relative germination ratios(RGR)were significantly positive correlation with emergence rates(<5%).In addition,seed viability indices(SVT)were strongly positive correlation with RGR(<1% level)and its correlation coefficient was the largest,SVI as cold tolerance indices was more accurate and effective than hypocotyl elongation length,fresh weight and dry weight.
