摘要
目的 调查导致蒸气灭菌后出现湿包影响因素 ,避免物品重复灭菌的人力物力损耗 ,提高工作效率。方法 根据美国卡尔和赖安提出的“评定湿包原因”的标准 ,从 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 6月随机调查 5 0 0 0个灭菌包裹 ,发现其中有43个为湿包 ,并将导致湿包原因作了记录。结果 显示导致湿包原因主要有干燥、冷却方法不当 ,包装及物品装载不规范 ,包裹灭菌前是潮湿状态等因素。结论 供应室采取有效改进措施 ,严格规范操作 ,加强管理 ,减少湿包现象的发生。
Objective To investigate the common causes of wet packets after steam sterilization and try to reduce the waste of manpower and material resources during the couse of repeating sterilization.Methods According to the standard of 'Guidelines for evaluating wet packets' proposed by Karl and Ryan,we randomly selected five hundred sterilized packets for evaluation from Jan 2000 to June.Among them,forty-three of them are wet packets.We took notes of the causes of wet packets.Results The common causes of wet packets consist of improper drying and cooling methods,nonstandard packing and loading of packets and wetness of packets before sterilization.Conclusion We should take measures such as following standard procedures strengthening management to prevent the occurrence of wet packets.
