摘要
目的 测定金熊胆安胶囊中姜黄素的含量。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法。结果 姜黄素在 0 .10 5 2～ 2 .5 2 48μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 1.0 %。 结论 该法专属性强 ,灵敏度高 ,稳定性好 。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of curcumin in Jinxiong Danan Capsule. METHOD Reversed phase HPLC was used. RESULT Curcumin had good linear relation within the range of 0.105 2～2.524 8 μg ( r =0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 101.1%. CONCLUSION This method is highly specific, highly sensitive and stable, and therefore can be used as a quantitative method for the quality control of Jinxiong Danan Capsule.
