摘要
目的 :观察金熊胆安胶囊对实验性豚鼠胆色素结石的溶石作用及机制。方法 :用致石饲料诱发豚鼠胆石模型后 ,予以金熊胆安胶囊混悬液灌胃治疗 ,疗程结束后 ,检测胆汁中总胆红素、间接胆红素、钙离子 (Ca2 + )含量及 β 葡萄糖醛酸酶活性 ,分别用重氮法、甲基麝香草酚蓝比色法和石井畅法测定。结果 :金熊胆安胶囊有较好地降低胆汁中总胆红素、间接胆红素、Ca2 + 浓度及 β 葡萄糖醛酸酶活性的作用。结论 :金熊胆安胶囊有较好的溶石作用 ,其机制与改善致石胆汁、恢复胆囊动力学环境有关。
Objective:To observe the stonelysis effect of Jingxiongdanan capsule(JXDC,金熊胆安胶囊) on bilichrome stone in experimental guinea pig with choletithasis and its mechanism. Methods:The guinea pig models with choletithasis were established by feeding on speical food induing choletithasis and treated with suspension of JXDC given through gastrotube.After one therapeutic course the total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,calcium ion (Ca 2+ ),and βglucuronidase were detected respectively.Results:JXDC had better effects on depressing the total bilirubin,the indirect bilirubin,the concentration of calcium ion,and the activity of βglucuronidase.Conclusions:JXDC possesses the better stonelysis effects and its mechanisms are association with improving bill gall structure and recovering the dynamics of gallbladder.
