摘要
本文采用人工神经网络技术结合模糊排序方法来建立基金项目立项评审系统,以达到立项评审客观、准确的目的。研究结果表明,系统可以很好地模拟专家的思维方式。
In this paper,the technology of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and the method of fuzzy sequencing are used to design the evaluation system for research projects supported by science foundation. In this way .the purpose for evaluating exactly and impersonally can be achieved. From the research we can draw that the system can simulate the experts' thought efficiently.
