摘要
根据辐射测温的基本原理 ,提出了一种新的高温辐射温度计校准方法。利用黑体辐射能量与温度之间的确定关系 ,由激光辐射源模拟发射黑体在某一温度和某一波段下的辐射能量 ,即用激光辐射源取代常规校准过程中的黑体炉作为校准辐射温度计的辐射源 ,从理论上解决用黑体炉无法对 32 0 0℃以上高温辐射温度计进行校准的问题。给出了激光辐射源校准装置的设计方案和校准方法 ,并评定了校准结果的不确定度。
This paper introduces a new calibration method for high temperature radiation thermometer on the basis of the basic principle of radiation thermometry. It uses the laser source as the calibration source of calibrating radiation thermometer, instead of the blackbody furnace in usual calibrating. This method solved the problem that the blackbody furnace can not calibrate the high temperature radiation thermometer above 3 200 ℃ theoretically. The design concept of the calibrating set with the source of laser radiation and the method of calibration are given, and the uncertainty of the calibrating results is also evaluated.
