摘要 相似理论应用于滑动轴承 ,可表达复杂现象的规律 ,简化了试验过程和表达形式。本文根据索氏数 So与偏心率ε的确定关系 ,在 Windows 98环境下用软件 Microsoft Excel作出滑动轴承的膜厚曲线。为此 ,改进了原有的“液体动压润滑滑动轴承实验”,测定了索氏数、偏心率和最小油膜厚度。实验结论与实验曲线 ,可为工程设计提供依据。 The principle of similitude is applied to express the comlicated phenomena of sliding bearing, and the process of experiment can be simplified. According to the exactly relationship between the Sommerfeld number So and eccentricity ratio ε , the lubrication oil film thickness curve of sliding bearing is obtained with Microsoft Excel in Windows 98. In the past it attaches no importance to relative clearance Ψ , and the peculiarity coefficient λ(ηn/p) is adopted. Therefore it can be used for qualitative analysis only, but not quantitative analysis. In this article, the influence of relative clearance Ψ is considered, and it is suggested that the bearing peculiarity coefficient λ should not be regarded as the vital element to determine the bearing working condition. The Sommerfeld number So should be adopted in experimental analysis of sliding bearing. With the method of determining So and eccentricity ratio ε in each condition, we can obtain the experimental curves used for sliding bearing of an internal combustion engine.
