摘要
用盐析法破坏蛋白质水溶液的亲水胶体系统 ,从含水 89%左右 ,蛋白质 5 %左右 ,总固含量 11%左右的利福霉素SV钠废渣中 ,回收制得粗蛋白质约 39 0 9%的蛋白饲料。盐析处理后的药渣 ,机械脱水率大于 70 %
The protein feed containing 39 09% coarse protein is retrieved from the waste dregs of rifamycin SV sodium,which contains about 89% water and 5% protein and total solid matter 11% or so by destroying the hydrophilic colloid system of the protein water solution with salting out method.The mechanical dehydration rate of the waste dregs after salting out exceeds 70%.
