摘要
针对中药药渣难处理的特点,以污水处理厂厌氧污泥为接种物,以中药浸膏药渣为发酵原料,以发酵过程中日产气量、pH值、VFA和氨态氮等为参数,对其厌氧发酵产沼气可行性、接种物与中药药渣间配比、发酵温度以及添加微量金属元素等影响因素进行了研究。实验结果表明,中药药渣厌氧发酵产沼气方案可行;在厌氧污泥接种物与中药药渣最佳质量配比为1∶2、最佳反应温度35℃,分别添加适量的Fe、Co、Ni微量金属元素时,厌氧发酵起动时间均较对比样早,产气量较对比样大大增加,且总产气时间缩短。
Anaerobic digestion experiments were made to study the treatment of Chinese herbal residues,with wastewater plant sludge as anaerobic inoculums.Impacts of inoculums ration to the Chinese herbal residues,temperature,and supplement metals were investigated.The daily biogas production,pH,VFA,and NH+4-N concentration were monitored.The best potential of Chinese herbal residues anaerobic treatment was proved at 35℃.The optimal gravity ratio between Chinese herbal residues and sludge inoculums is 1∶2.When Fe,Co,and Ni were added,respectively,the anaerobic digestion started earlier,with higher biogas production and shorter biogas production period,as compared to the control.
