摘要
石灰石湿式烟气脱硫工艺中使用添加剂 ,可提高脱硫率和石灰石利用率等。本研究应用旋流板塔处理模拟烟气 ,系统研究了几种无机及有机添加剂对湿式石灰石脱硫过程的影响 ,选出了适宜的添加剂及其添加浓度 ;得到了脱硫率与主要操作参数之间的关系 ,为工业设计和操作提供了参考数据。
Additives for wet desulfurization process of flue gas with limestone can increase SO 2 removal efficiency and limestone utilization.The effects of some inorganic and organic additives for wet desulfurization process of the gas with limestone in a whirling plate column were systematically studied.The best additives and their concentration were determined.Meanwhile,the influence of the main operation factors on SO 2 removal efficiency was also studied experimentally,which is helpful for industrial applications.Furthermore,the process mechanism was discussed.
