摘要
采用模糊综合评价方法 ,针对企业生产经营和管理过程的情况 ,进行了综合分析 ,在几种方案中作出最佳决策 ,使企业获得最好效益 .
Enterprises need to reduce costs and improve economic benefit in the process of business management or operation. It needs to analyze conditions and choose first rate policy. In view of this situation,in this paper,we try a method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation to choose first rate policy for a few scheme in admin istration of enterprise.It brings best beneficial result to the enterprises.
