摘要
论述了铁路运输在综合交通运输系统中的地位和作用,分析了过去中国铁路存在的与其他交通运输方式不协调,以及与城市建设不协调的问题,并提出今后铁路、公路以及城市交通在规划建设中加强协调,做好相互衔接,在客运与货运中实现快速、高效、安全、畅通.
The effect of the railway transport in comprehensive transportation system is discussed, and the problem of China railway, which railway transport is incompatible with other transport means and urban eonstruction, is analyzed as well in this paper. It is proposed that railway, highway and urban traffic should strengthen co- ordination in planning and construction to realize speediness, effectiveness and keep the traffic flowing in freight and passenger transport.
