摘要
①目的 了解电化学发光免疫 (ECLIA)法的优越性。②方法 采用ECLIA法和放射免疫 (RIA)法 ,平行测定了 5 0例临床送检血清标本的甲胎蛋白 (AFP)含量。③结果 两法的相关性良好 (r =0 .996 ,P <0 .0 1) ,回收率均在 95 %以上 ,但在线性试验和灵敏度检测中 ,ECLIA法优于RIA法。
Objective To understand the advantage of ECLIA.\ Methods The AFP concentrations of 50 clinical specimens were determined by RIA and ECLIA.\ Results The two methods correlated well(r=0.996, P<0.01) and both had a recovery rate of more than 95%.The ECLIA was better than RIA in linear and sensitivity tests.\ Conclusion ECLIA is preferable for clinical examination.
