摘要
目的 :通过检索《中国普外基础与临床杂志》中所有临床随机对照试验论文 ,了解目前普外医师临床科研设计的方法学现状。方法 :对《中国普外基础与临床杂志》 1994年 (创刊 )— 2 0 0 0年中发表的临床研究文献进行逐页手检 ,严格筛选RCT和CCT ,并对之进行评价。结果 :在七卷 32期中共刊登临床研究论文 2 5 2篇 ,其中RCT和CCT共 2 2篇 (8 7% )。RCT/CCT文章 1999年以后明显多于 1999年以前。结论 :《中国普外基础与临床杂志》刊登的临床研究论文中RCT/CCT文章日益增多 ,说明普外医师的临床研究 。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of clinical trails by investigating the Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery.Method:All apers related in the past 7 years were assessed according to the international standard.Result:It showed that the quality and quantity of RCT and CCT are not satisfactory.Conclusion:It is important to improve the quality and quantity of the clinical articles.
